i've done my mufflers a couple times. it was easy, but a pain in the ***. i may try c4s' trick cause it took me longer than 30 mins for sure. i am thinking about going to muffler and cat bypass pipes. not sure if it will be too loud though.

 

Swapping mufflers for Mufflers takes longer then replacing mufflers with muffler bypass. Anyhoo 1 hour on your back is impressive. I have no fear turning a wrench I think more people should take a stab at it. It's not only fun, interesting but rewarding. Plus you save money as a bonus.

Drove it all day and sounds good when accelerating at WOT. Still quieter than stock I believe.

I copied Sandovals thread I think regarding the installation of headers and mufflers approx 3-4 hours. So instead of DIY, I took to professional to have installed. They had to weld tips on anyway.

Here are a few pics, first time posting pics tell me what you think.

 

The mufflers are definitely a 1 hr job, skin to skin, in experienced hands. I can't wait to do the headers, looking at it, shouldn't take more than an hour max.
