RAJ did my whole car (yes it hurt a little) but I get comps on the paint "All the time".....

No, you have to fabricate 5 extension brackets. The brackets that connect the bumper cover to the bottom of the car.

All the materials can be found at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.

You will need a metal saw to cut the brackets out of aluminum, and a drill to drill the bolt holes on the brackets.
