Oil in Coolant -

Hello all,
Forgive my ignorance, as I am not yet a Porsche owner.
I found a listing for a 1999 911 Carrera Cab which the owner states "Engine is mixing oil with coolant. changed oil cooler.May need head gasket or more"
Is this a vehicle worth pursuing? Is this a sign of something catastrophic? The vehicle is discribed as good condition otherwise. Being a newbie, just not sure if it is something I should be considering.
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks

Looks like you got good advice over at Rennlist. I wouldn't change a thing to what those guys had to offer you.

Thank you! I shouldn't have repeated myself over here, but I figured I would reach more owners that way.
I really appreciated you guys pointing me in the right direction.
I'm going to make this happen. I'll just take my time and try to minimize my risk.
