Techart Formula GTS fitment issues

Hi guys, just put on a set of 19" techart formula gts wheels on my '02 C4S. Really excited with the look however one problem. The left rear tire is getting cut up whenever i'm hitting bumps. Whenever i go over a considerable bump I'm hearing a clunking noise on the left rear side. I'm thinking that the tire is rubbing the fender but is this normal to have pieces of rubber getting shredded? I'm using a pss9 suspension and there is a finger and half inch gap. Anyone have experience with fitment issues with these wheels? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

if the car is lowered u need to have the rear fenders rolled like GT2/GT3 style. there's a sheet of instruction inside the box which nobody cares to read. it tells u how the car & the camber needs to be set at. anyways, the rubbing is not normal. get it fixed asap. i also circle the part where i think the noise/rubbing is coming from. look at inside tell me if u see anything.

Arling, thanks for the response. You really know techart down to the bone. Thanks I 'm pretty sure that's where i'm getting the contact. I'll have the fenders rolled asap. Thanks again bro.
