I am not sure which method...I think the shop that is doing it does the ends method...I will talk with them further today and get it all straight. What have you heard? I have seen the ends method and it looks perfect...no issues.

The pictures that Misha posted of his using the ends method looked perfect. If the shop you're using can do it that way I think it will be great. My shop has never tried the ends method so for me the more staright forward cut a piece from the middle will be the way to go.
I also will be going the clean euro look with no bumperettes.

Congtars! I'm sure you'll love it as much during the day. Post some more pics when you have a chance.

check out www.anzianos.com

that's where i got my rear turbo look bumper. 10X better than that NR auto piece of crap.

the fit is pretty nice on the anziano piece and it looks very good. much simpler than cutting and modifying a stock bumper and extending exhausts to make it fit.

I feel ya on the ease, BUT I just got rear ended and the fiberglass cracked right down the middle. It was not a hard hit, but the bumper is shot, If it was the Poly bumper, It would not have cracked, no damage....So this time I am going Poly. Besides, if you are a little lucky, you can get a bumper and have it modded to fit for less than a fiberglass bumper.

I see your point. But the way I see it.... if you get rear ended and even if the bumper doesn't tear, you're gonna need paintwork. I just got hit in my work car at about 3 mph, no damage, but the bumper needs to be resprayed due to the scuff marks.

Besides, if you get rear ended, file a claim. It's never your fault and the other person's company will be picking up the tab Free new bumper.

Yeah, but its a HASSLE....I am not paying for it. Funny, the bumper has NO scuff marks.....It had the bumperettes. AT MOST, new bumperettes, and my car doesnt even have to go to the body shop, new bumperettes, have them repainted, slap them on....I am done....Now, 5 days without the car.....

If I'm not mistaken, MASHAW's turbo rear is the same as NR's. If that was the case, the guy that hit you did you a favor. Yeck. What a crappy looking turbo knockoff. The slats are so thin they look cheesy. RobertM got it, and sold it in about a week If you want a poly turbo look bumper, I guess the OEM is your only option at this point.
