GT3 Bypass Valves group buy

I am organizing a GT3 Bypass Valves group buy. i would like to know if any of the non turbo members that surf this forum would like to get a set of these valves.

Right now they retail at $495. Apparently the more we get to buy these pipes, the less they will cost.

In addition, this group rate will be accomodated by a board sponsor- PES Tuning. Please PM if you are interested and spread the word for those that are not on the board as well.

The GT3 bypass valve is a replacement exhaust system for the 996. The pipes run straight from the cat. There will be no muffler. This gives the car a tremendously loud and ferocious sound, as well as lightening up the rear by 60lbs.

www.fabspeed.com

has a picture. They are two chrome pipes that run from the cat. They do look like tips though.

Are these the Fabspeed ones? They sure look the same. Or is this Bypass "valve" thing something different? If they are the Fabspeed GT3 Muffler Bypass ...I have some on order. But if I can get it cheaper, of course I'm interested.

And they are just tips. It's not a system. Simple drop of the mufflers, they bolt on to the cats. It's LOUD!

They are called [Muffler] Bypass Pipes not "valves" to clear up the confusion...

Just a little reminder. If you have not heard these in person do not buy them. You WILL want to hear them before you spend the cash. They are VERY LOUD and too much for street driving. Turbo's are OK because the turbos muffle the sound. If you want to try it out before you buy them just take one of your mufflers off and rev the car up... you will get the idea.
