Who is the manufacturer of he Sport Technics? Couldn't find any reference on the www or Wheelexperts.

 

Rays makes them. Rays makes the best Forged wheels in the industry, they are spun forged.

 

Ok guys, here is the infomation I gathered. For OEM wheels, the 02 Carrera 5 spoke is the lightest. Where is the weight for each style:

Turbo Twist solid: 24lbs front, 30lbs rear
Turbo Twist Hollow: 24lbs front, 26lbs rear
04 GT3: 22lbs front, 27lbs rear
05 19" 5-spoke: 22lbs front, 27lbs rear
02 18" 5-spoke: 19lbs front, 23lbs rear

So now... anyone wanna sell me your 02 5-spoke?? =D

 

Have you guys heard about Luff rims? They're really cheap, and suppose to be faily light weight. I'm wondering the quality of these wheels. Let me know guys!

 

i read CCW (complete custom wheels) is supposed to be good...used by some club racers and around $2 g's for a set.

 

Yeah a lot of people run these, great price. I heard they are called Copy Cat Wheels?? Something about them copying Fikse wheels.
