At around 95 MPH I start to hear this high pitched whistling sound coming from the area near my left side view mirror. I thought maybe it was the wind whipping over the mirror? I took it to the dealer and they said the windshield was leaking along the A pillar. My windshield needs to be reglued. They recommended Safetylight. Anyone ever have this problem?

 

You might also be getting wind between the side window and the rubber seal which seems to be more common than the windshield. I would double check it by driving then dropping the window to see if it goes away. Or you can use the blue tape to see.. Tape your windshield with the blue tape, if you still hear the noise then chances are it's your side window seal.

Thanks!! I did the tape and it is the windshield. About an 8 inch section of it on the driver's side. Does the whole windshield have to come out and get reglued or can they squirt some kind of sealant in there?

 

If memory serves me correct they glue the window in place and the rubber is put on afterwards "cosmetics only"...... I would assume that they wouldn't need to remove the whole thing but I would let a pro make that call.
