I always used to just wipe the interior of my car to keep it clean, no chemicals or anything. One day i walked outside and saw my dad wiping it down with meguiars interior spray (for all interior sufaces). He did this with both the mercedes and my car, and now both are showing cloudy lenses on the instrument cluster.

How hard is it to remove the lenses and buff them clean? Its definitely chemical damage, i can feel roughness on the spots. 3 or 4 of the lenses are showing cloudiness around the edges.

What to do?

I can't comment on how to remove your gauges however, Meguiars does make a plastic polish that I have used with good results.

Wow, that sounds awful! I can't imagine why Meguire's would make such a strong interior spray. Although plastic polish sounds like the weapon of choice, I would first contact Meguire's customer support line and see if they have any suggestions.
