How do I post a mpeg file?

I finally figured out how to do a small mpeg clip with my sony, but I can't load it into my photogallery to get a link to post. How can I link it to a message???

Should be just like a URL to an image (i.e http://members.rennlist.com/loren/91..._drive_off.mp3),
