livenupe is infamous around these parts
The switch is installed with the PSE when it's ordered as a factory option. It's optional when installed as an aftermarket mod.

Onetime, I'll be at California Speedway Saturday and Sunday if you're intersted in coming out to hear it this weekend. Cal Speedway is in Fontana.

Livenupe,

Thanks for letting me listen to the PSE. That's a sweet sounding exhaust.

Dice996C4,
Thanks for making yours available.

RTRWASH,
I plan to be in San Diego in a few weeks. I'll give you plenty of notice. Thanks.

Livenup,
I decided not to spend any money until my divorce is final this Saturday (11-18) and the house closes (12-1) and I get out of Dodge. I loved the sound of that PSE but want to hear the AP before I make a decision. I also heard a video clip of the Speedart exhaust and it sounded sweet too. Based upon the sound of the PSE, The AP has big shoes to fill. Thanks again for meeting with me.

If cost is an issue, you know that you can turn your stock exhaust into a full-time PSE system simply by welding a pipe onto the stock exhaust right? This will cost you about $150 at a muffler shop. Of course, you will not be able to shut it off with a switch, but this is exactly what the PSE will give you. I did it and it sounds just like PSE.

Calicolin, that is a new picture of a "DIY PSE" that I had not seen before. I removed my mufflers today to see what its like, and though I love the sound, I am not too sure about the daily use of it, especially with the resonance from 2K to 3.5K rpms. Is this pic off a 3.4 muffler? If not, can you point me to the right direction as to how it would look on a 3.4 car? Thanks.

I have a 3.6, and that pic looks exactly like my mufflers. But this is not my picture (I found it on rennlist.com), so I am not sure if it is of a 3.4 or a 3.6. My guess is, they will look the same. You can do a search on forums.rennlist.com for more info.

If you are ever in newport beach, you can hear my PSE.

Before you buy, make sure you hear them in person inside driving and outside the car as it drives away. Clips do not do it justice and are poor for comparison. The PSE button silence is cool too, if you happen to live in a quiet community.
