Hi Everyone, just bought my first speed yellow 2001 C2 in Chicago, unfortunately its pretty stock. Wanted to know if anyone has info on where I can get good parts for front, rear and spoiler? It can used or new. In addition, any good installers around Chicago?

Thanks, Newport. Do I need the lip spoiler? I don't want any more holes (your avatar is very dark, I can't make out what you have up front). I think I read some where that if you change the front you also need to change the wing because of the added air flow. Is that true?

Well yes you need either a TT or a C4S lip spoiler....the TT is lower. The bumper is designed for the lip spoiler without it its not complete...it will look like a piece is not attached. Here is a pic of my old lip spoiler bfore I replaced it....you can see it more clearly in this pic.....

Rear spoiler....well the theory is that the TT lip spoiler is more aggressive which adds more downforce on the front of the car at high speeds, so a more aggressive rear spoiler is needed to add more downforce to the rear of the car to match. I have been up to 140+ with no issues of rear end lift....I dont think you will have a problem with the stock TT lip...the TT aero lip, which is even more agressive and adds even more downforce says not to add without adding a rear wing. I would not do that one...just the stock TT or C4S lip.
