Noise from the Steering Wheel

took the car to the store last night. backing out of the garage, i heard rubbing noise/sound from the steering wheel as if i have turn the wheel too far.
I've check the fluid.

Could this be cause by the cold weather? or is it something i should be concern about?

I've just begun to notice the same problem on my C4S. What was your determination of the cause?
Thanks

could be the "clock spring" behind the steering wheel.

Is there white dust around?

not a seriously expensive fix. You can get the part for $100 or so. The trick is re-aligning the steering.

Thanks JB. Problem is only in cold weather as well. Car still has 12mos of CPO left. I'll have Porsche check it.
