Does the Turbo have the same offset on the fronts wheels as a narrow body?

One of my friends bought a set of 18" hollow spoke turbo wheels from a 2001 996 Turbo and put it on his 1999 996 C4 (narrow body). The fronts looked like it fit but the rears stuck out and looked weird.

In that case you should be fine. My friend didn't use any spacers and the fronts fit fine. He did not have his car lowered though, I don't know if it will change the dynamics if one lowers his car.

Fronts should be ok. Rears are different. The offset will push those babies outside low rider style!

It should be fine. I've seen those 996 turbo twists on 993's.
