New 996 Owner...
I have enjoyed reading so many of your threads and viewing all of the really cool car pictures over the last few months, I decided to buy one for myself. I purchased a 2004 996 with 14k miles on last week. The condition of the car is excellent. The car came from the factory with the aero kit which I really like, but little else to write home about. Thus, I decided to take the car to Orton Performance here in Atlanta to under go several cosmetic (mostly interior) and performance improvements. I will post a few pictures tomorrow on the progress.

New 996 Owner (Pictures)
Here is a few pictures of my new car under going a number of mods at Orton Performance.
* Wheels 8x10/8x11
* Springs
* Calipers were blasted and repainted in red
* GT3 seats....accents pieces are out being painted silver
* Several new interior bids and pieces (wheel, pedals, silver trim, etc..)
* Exhaust and headers
* Exhaust tips
* Not done yet...still a few pennies left in the wallet. I thought getting out of racing would save me money .....damn was I wrong!!

Hell... at this rate I shoud have kept racing. The carbon RS wing I really like and have considered. However, the seats will stay....need room for groceries!!
