Yey Bobby, another spaniard!

Could be the alarm, but didn't the temp go suddently up really high and then drop down again? its strange the computer diagnostics didn't detect anything...

I'm not sure in this moment if the problemm is solved, but they change the thermostat and this is not electronic, only mechanic. The temperature doesn't reach the alarm point and this is probably the reason of not error on the computer.
I have tested this past days the temperature, with 39ºC on the street the temperatur was just reaching 100ºC, driving in 1st and 2nd gear at high revolutions, the worst situation, less refrigeration air and high power generation.
The oil pressure was a little more than 3 at 3.000 rpm, and a little more than 1 at 700 rpm.
