Pre-owned, M030?

How do I tell if my car has the M030 added after delivery? I don't have the records, but the carfax makes mention of a suspenion change 5 days after the car was purchased.

How do I determine if the car has the M030 added? What can I look for.

Thanks!
Andy

Andy, if I see you Sat you can park next to me and we can compare. Mine's bone stock. If yours has it your car will sit a bit lower. But honestly its not that noticable.

The US spec M030 sits a bit lower but still higher than the ROW M030. Damn goverment and their bumper height regulations...

According to my 996 factory manual:

Front stabilizer bar:

standard coupe: 23.1mm
sport: 23.6mm

Rear stabilizer bar:

standard coupe: 18.5mm
sport: 19.6mm

You'll need to get under the car with a caliper to measure. I don't think you can eyeball the difference in diameters.
