clear coat - Houston

The nose of my new toy is somewhere riddled with little nicks. Not stone chips but rather little holes. Using the word 'holes' is a bit rough as well.
If I were to use my unprofessional opinion being that I am not a paint dude, I would say that it is damage in the clear and not down far enough to the paint.
So...if I were to take this somewhere to be prepped and coated again, where in Houston would be the place to do it?
A stone chip is paint missing. This isn't that severe but is large in quantity and sure, you have to get down on the bumper to see it so it isn't THAT big of a deal to the normal user but it bothers me alot. I want to clear bra the car but until I get the nose back to perfect, it isn't going to happen.
Any suggestions Houston peeps?
