Thumbs up PICTURES: X74 installation complete

Thanks to Gert at Carnewal.com and Seth Agnew at Technical Dimensions I am now totally set-up with a new X74 suspension on my 996. And if you think it looks good, the handling is even better. Tight on the corners and straight as an arrow at high speeds. This is the way the 996 should come from the factory.

I highly recommend this suspension for anyone wanting something more than Euro Springs but not wanting to go as far as PSS9s. Enjoy the pictures.

Brit, I told you so, looks great man, much better than ROWM030, X73 and X74 is the way these cars should be setup from the factory.

Beautiful Brit. Have you measured the height from the fender to ground? My car is 25 & 3/4 and I am considering lowering another 1'4 inch to 25 & 1/2 (PSS-9's). It looks like yours is about 25 & 3/4.

Great photochop Britt. Just kidding. That Carrera looks great Britt, like its supposed to. Those are some great pix too. I am going to have to shadow you with my camera next time we get together. Glad you are happy with the suspenstion, just watch that chin spoiler. Take some measurements for comparison when you get done driving.

The car is sitting at 25" all around from ground to highest part of fender. The ROW M030 was 26 1/8" in the front and 26 1/4 in the rear. So... over an inch drop.

RDH, I was in Winter Park today also, but didn't see a GT3 clone, although on Park ave, about a block north of the Briarpatch, I saw a black GT2 clone. Does that belong to anyone on the boards? Only reason I knew it was a clone was because it still had the turbo script on the handbrake last time I saw it. Regardless it looks gorgeous!

I think you've hit the absolutely correct ride height with this enhancement. That thing looks great!

How is the ride? That will be the selling point for me. Tell us if ride sensitive wives will be able to tell the difference.
