finally got my 04 C2 coupe!

After 7 months, I picked up my new C2 coupe yesterday. After coming out of an 02 M3, I feel like I am an entirely new realm of car. I can't wait until it is broken in.

Seal grey
Black interior
Turbo wheels
6 speed manual

That's it.

Can I get clear side markers from the dealer?

SO my first "mod" - clear side marker light covers. Can I get them from the dealer? They look so much better than amber. Boy it's fun being a newbie. Thanks for the help.

Congrats--looking forward to pix!

Dealers sell the clear side markers, most for around $35--they're actually smoked and blend in perfectly with seal grey. You can also get them at suncoastporsche.com for around $35.

re:side markers

The clear side markers are a must, IMO, especially for silver variants.

You will also want a silver hood emblem...awesome look on arctic or seal.

Too bad you didn't know about the clears before you picked up your car...the dealer probably would have thrown them in for free and put them on for you.

Congrats on the new car, BTW!

My salesman wouldn't let me drive away without clear markers and put them on himself for nothing. That's how cool he is! Larry "Rev" Reynolds at Champion.
Should be standard procedure at all Dealers.

Congrats on your C2. Drive it in the best of health.
Ciao

Thank You greyghost.
I'm blaming my salesman now. What a pathetic loser.
