Hi All,

I'm brand new to this board, and here's my dilemna - I'm looking at a new '03 C2 in Seal Gray with the following equipment list:

6 SPEED
MEMORY POWER SEATS
XENON HEDALAMPS WITH WASHERS
HI FI SOUND
PARK ASSIST
REAR WIPER
PSM
TURBO II ALLOYS W/CRESTED CAPS

I'm in British Columbia, Canada, and the dealer wants 119,000 CDN (89,000 USD)- which seems crazy considering you US folks seem to be paying in the low to high 60's (USD) for yours right now.

With the current conversion rate of 1.33 that would translate to around 90K CDN for this car.

So my question is - am I missing something? Or do I march into my dealer with my 6speedonline information and tell him I'm taking the car off his hands for 90K :-) What a discount that would be!

He shoulf be thanking you and following up with a gift basket for taking an 03' off his hands, assuming its a new car.

 

I don't know what the market is in Canada, but 90k is way too much in the US for a '03 C2.
