To those of you with JIC coilovers on your cars. I think one of the cooler features of these is the added tuneability that can be done through spring preload since it's independant from ride height adjustment.

Can anyone confirm that 2mm should be the starting point for preload?

And has anyone played with spring preload as another tuning variable. I think that it's a great feature but I'm still struggling to completely grasp tuning with it.
