body kit/ paint questions

My factory aero kit is a little rough on the skirts, can these be pulled and painted or just masked off?
Also my hood is rock chipped and I have a large scratch on driver door, again can these be handled separately or am I in for a new paint.

What should I expect to pay for this work?

Thanks

you can pull off the rockers but have to buy the 3m 2 sided tape kit from the dealer. I would just mask it off, no big deal. The whole job...i'm guessind $1500-$1800.

It would appear that my skirts(factory) are held on by screws on the underside of the car and clip into a rail on the top. Is that what the tape holds on it the rail? It would appear that you could unscrew the bottom and then just unclip the top?

It is a 99c4 with factory aero kit.

CoreyNJ is infamous around these parts
On my 2003, with factory installed they are screwed in under the car and also taped on the top to keep it flush. The tape started peeling on one side so I had it fixed that's how I know.
