MY01 Has a new way to fly...

Wings that it is... uhh well wing...

I am so Fricken' Happy with the way it looks!!! I was unsure but now that it is on I am grinning ear to ear. They forgot to paint the caps on the inside but I will get that taken care of next week. I absolutley love it!!! I have a set of Bumperetts coming from Eric @ Bumperplugs... so please don't say "You need to do the bumperettes now" I KNOW I KNOW!

It looks so damn mean! I stopped to get gas on the way home and a guy jumps out of his car and said OMG is that the new GT! Oh well I still love it... I was think of doing the the 996 face lift...Now I don't think it needs it. The 04 Aero wing looks so damn cool with the early aero kit and GT bumper fins!

Here are a few pics I will take more tomorrow in better light at Crystal Cove.

There are caps that cover the access to the bolts that allow you to adjust the wings pitch...

Awesome!!! Which front bumper do you have Eric?? Your car looks HOT!! I have been toying with the idea of those GT bumper wings...they are so cool. I am going to debadge again, are you going to leave yours off? Also, my paint shop forgot to paint my plugs as well. And someone has already taken one of mine. Grrr...

Wow your car looks so nice. Can't wait to see it next weekend.

03' I painted my lug bolts Black with hightemp paint...It does scratch off so you have to give it a new coat every once in a while. If you are careful they won't scratch.

Robyn...

I have the standard Aero bumper for the 01. I love the fins! Between the lowered suspension, wide rear wheels/tires, and those fins the car looks like a wide body. I have been asked by several people how I did the wide body work. It just tricks the eye. You will see it when you are down here...

As for the badge... I am not sure I was thinking maybe the shiny 911 badge but... now that I see it without it.... I kind of like being Naked!

BTW I got the DVD Fantastic work!!! I have some suggestions for the next production... As far as the tunes go...

I was actually considering a black 996 or 911 badge, but I think neked is the way to go.

What you didn't like my silly music? And naturally, any thoughts, suggestions, etc are welcomed. It was my first production, I look forward to the next.

Looks great! I love how the black wheels look on a silver car... I would definately leave any emblems off the back of your car, with the silver, it gives it a much cleaner look!

Very nice Eric. What suspension is in your car? It could go lower IMHO but totally killer none the less.
