GForce83 is infamous around these parts
Someone broke into my car last night

... they took a shard of glass and cut my rear convertible window and then cut my windscreen. I woke up finding my radar detector stuck in the rear window (b/c the cut they made was too small). Is it worth going to insurance regarding this? I heard to get a new plastic window stitched in is about $500 and a new windscreen is about $500. Any ideas? Thanks - will post some pictures later.

Thieving a-holes. If you're talking a total of about $1000.00 to fix it you might want to handle it yourself and not report it to your insurance company.

ugh...breaks my heart to hear about it.

The only good thing is now you can replace the plastic with a glass window. What a bunch of lame thieves...

Thanks for the replys. Is there a way to just replace the window? I'm getting some ridiculous prices from top shops around town and I can't seem to find any plastic windows online.
