Tint pics (6 pics, modem warning)

Got 51% ceramic tint installed all around a week ago. The car feels cooler. The ceramic tint is suppose to block more sunlight while looking less dark. It also lets through radar, phone and other electronic signals without any possible interference...

Here are some pictures at night, at sunset and underground garage. My picture taking skills suck, yes, i know.

Very useful. Thanks. Who did your tint? Now that the weather's getting warmer, I think I'll finally get around to doing it this year.

that is most you can do with ceramic tints. but it is actually enough in my case. i dont like it too dark and given how i have a black interior, it is perfect.

Someone fibbed to you. I did my last car with the ceramic at 25%. Really a little too dark. I used a carbon based tint on my 996 and did 35%, which may be skirting the law unless you can get an exemption for eye "problems".

It is amazing how much a difference even a light tint makes on the heat in the car though. I'd highly recommend it for reducing the a/c load during the summer.

Now you can get rid of those pumpkin color side markers and 3rd brake light with smoke ones.

Car just doesn't look in proportion w/ just the TT nose on the narrow body.
Maybe ad the 03' and up side skirts to balance it out?

yeah, i am going to get the same skirts as newport996 -- his are GT3 Mk II. do you know how the skirts get mounted? did 40th year anniversary cars have those skirts too? (since it was NB with TT/C4S bumper)
