Same here... I can't even put my finger on it,... but I prefer my 04 996 C4S over a TT. The rear reflector does a lot I guess, since the 996 C4S appears to be the last 911 with that good old 911/964/993 reflector strip.

I'm also not a big fan of the TT's wing. I prefer the plain look of the 911, w/o any wing.

 

I paid 61k, which I appreciate may seem high to some (especially when compared to older MY, higher mileage TTs). I simply like the C4S best of all and, since I'm new to Porsche, I wanted the full measure of CPO protection. Moreover, I have the total story on this car (prior owner / history), all service records, CPO paperwork and work orders, low mileage, etc., etc.

There are fantastic deals out there but, for me, a couple extra thousand for a super clean 2004 C4S and a 2.5 year mfg. warranty made the most sense.

congrats. i think that is a fair deal coming from dealer with CPO.

C4S was also my first porsche. i wanted that car for so long and just love everything about it. enjoy.

61k for a car like that makes perfectly sense. Also the C4S 996 models seem to be less affected by depreciation than all other 996 models.

Like I said before that actually seems like a decent deal for an 04'. BTW I dig the techno wheels on the C4S!
