muffler bypass sound

I have had my muffler bypass for about 1000 miles now & it does not sound as amazingly loud as it did when I first put them on... im not sure if its because the car has now adjusted to the change or if its because my ears have adjusted to the change.. lol, either way... i love it!

Wow i just got mine off today after almost a year of them. I think you get used to them, but they became irratating after awhile and now I got a set of Faspeed Mufflers and at first I didnt think I had a Sport Exhaust haha totally different, but my buddy that was behind me said they sound sweet when I whack it and after I went under a bridge and heard them. So much happier now. I like the bi pass pipes but got old after awhile.

I love the bypass. My fiance asked if I broke something when she heard it first and refuses to get in the car now...AWESOME!

I had this on my C4 3 years ago... Installed at night.. Removed the next morning after test driving a couple of miles.. Loud as hell... Sounds like a motorboat running on the street...
