Its loaded - all options except the Nav. I have not done any after market performance mods to it. I did however switch out the side markers though - way better than the orange stock ones

Mine is a 2003 and has a 6 speed manual transmission with only 15,000 miles. I do need to replace the 2 front tires but I cant decide which ones to go with.

Tell me about your 4s and upload a few pics too

Rich

My Carrera has the 4s wheel caps, it has a sunroof, NO crest/logo on the seats, it does have the carbon fiber trim inside (steering wheel, ebrake, and shift ****). Yeah only 15,178 miles on it - i drive it only on nice days and never in the rain.

My front tires are continental which need to be replaced asap - 31%. My rear tires are Michelin Pilot - they are still good - about 58%.

I am having a terrible time deciding which brand of tires to buy for my car. Any suggestions?

Rich

I am leaning towards the Michilin Super Sport tires for the front. I have owned the car for a year - second owner - when i bought it it had 13,800 miles on it - a 62 year old man owned it - he bought it brand new from the Porsche dealership in 2003 - he had all the service records from the dealership - clean title and car fax - I had it checked out top to bottom - its an excellent car - what a find!

What is your opinion in regard to the Michilin Super Sport tires?

Rich

I've always used pilot sports and I read that the SS blend that performance with longer tread wear..so they sound good ... but if you have pilot sport on the rear, put them on the front too

you did find a rare car !

03 c4s engine rebuild

Planning lnengineriing nikkies. Should i go to 4.0 or just 3.6? Does deep sump cause frequent contact with pavement? Is a plenum advisable? I am advised to have the ecu reprogramed. Will this allow over revvinng-- my wife occasionally autocrosses this c4s.

How much for 2003 C4S

I sold my 2002 C4S in 2005. I have since gone through many cars but can't seem to forget that C4S. I just found out a family member has decide to sell his 2003 seal gray 4S. I helped him buy the car in 2005 and he had put only 15k miles since. I believe he currently has just below 50k miles. It has nav and Bose... Don't remember much more. What is a fair private party sale price? Not that excited about mixing money and family!
