Hey Roy I thought you were going to take the car out on the track?

Ron I had to pass... Some A-Hole in a super wide bodied cab was kickin' up all kinds of ****... I had to pass his ***... Although I think an ego was scorn....

Darren... Yep $20 gets you on the track for 5 or 6 laps... Speeds varied by the pace car and the driver in front of you... We ended up only getting 2 or 3 laps the first round which was some pretty aggressive driving since we were the 1st group to go out after the VIP's (Mckenna group CGT, Jag, BMW etc.) We were rushed off the track by mistake I believe... So we took it upon ourselves to jump back in line from the side entrance that we used earlier... Oh that is another story... Slick Eric (the other Eric) tells the lady coordinating who goes on the track next that we are with 6Speedonline and we came as a group and that we are to go out as a group. She said "I have no idea what you are talking about but I heard you guys came with the guy that has a 5" lip so your up first" Yep, Ron is infamous CHP officers 65 Y/O ticket takers they all know what's up! Sneaking on for another round was Larry and I, we felt we did not get our monies worth so the other 100 guys waiting in line would just have to wait... Selfish...Absolutley!

I did not plan on going but Larry twisted my arm. He said that they were starting at 11:45 which was 30 minutes away so I stuck around... Later did I find out that 30 min turned into an hour and thirty minutes oh well... I had a great time hangining out with the guys. I am sorry we missed you definatley next year...

I didn't make it out on the track. Since I brought my son and wife, we decided to leave right after you did. I wish I could've though! Thanks for the good time everyone!

you are too funny, but sounded good though . . . nice pics of your car on the track. Anymore??. So are you gettin GT3 seats? You know Eric (eride) said he wants to sell his. By the way, will you send Arling a PM with a picture of your yellow calipers. I want to get the Brembos painted that brighter yellow. What do you think??

you are a crazy man? Bring that p-car back to the dealer to have the brace put back on. Cant believe that damn thing fell off. Oh yea, Eric's wide body has 5" HRE's. Eric's cab is so damn wide. Check out Rich's car (LA Cab) he has the turbo nose too.

I'll bring the car up maybe Tues. Look out for Eric's (Sandoval) PM of pics with yellow calipers. Well, if you are going to send them out for painting, the car can come up after. Dude, post some pics of the new Brembos on this post or on your web site.

I bet he is not posting because he has been down in the editing studio cutting that **** up! Man oh man is that going to be a great video BTW I would like to get a copy of the full footage... I can't imagine their will be too much editing with the camera mounted on the hood like it was.

 

What's going on my porsche brothers. that was a blast from freeway driving to the CHP and especially tracking our cars. Arling went nuts doing a full blown photo shoot out of my car with his 5 mega pix Nicon and wide angle lense. as for the video, i will begin to down load today to the hard drive and try to use imovie on my mac for the first time. So eric (sandoval) and Arling i will burn you a full copy so you guys can edit the movie , since i'm not to good with that type of stuff. and anyone else who would like a copy, just post. btw just for your reference i swear we are all doing 50 mph at all times. we never broke the law.

wish those who didn't make it were there. especially rodis and his track ready JIC suspension. you would have killed it.

Camera mount: a store / website "filmtools.com" i got the "gripper 3028" as for how well it works, i tested it at 145mph no problems. the clerk moved a 8 foot counter filled with cameras with this mount which was quite impressive. i doubt it will fly off you car at 175mph. btw it's on sale for the rest of this month for $89.00. it also mounts on the side of your car for great front wheel and road shots.
