Better Bodies
Ordered a 996 TK front bumper for my 1999 Porsche 996. Paid in advance and have waited at least 3 months for the part. Has finally arrived and the front bumper is so far off that the bumper can not be fitted even by the staff at Imagine Auto in Kansas city. All attempts to settle this matter have been stonewalled by Better Bodies. Better Bodies does not care about the customer. I write this mesage to let every one know that you should take your business to another dealer and and avoid Better Bodies like the plague.

That really sucks- Can you have your credit card company cancel the purchase? Shouldn't be hard to do... Call CC company, dispute the charge saying the merchant delivered a defective product and refuses to fix the problem.
Hopefully someone at their company visits these forums and will properly address your issue. Word about bad vendors travels fast on the internet.
