center console replacement

The finish on my rear center console (grey standard soft touch) is kinda marked up. I can't imagine that it is repairable so I'm thinking about replacing it with a leather covered unit. Any ideas as to where I can find one? BTW I'm in SoCal. Currently have full graphite leather with dark burl trim. Car is cobalt blue cab. Thanks.

center console

I'm sure you can find an upolstery shop that can cover your center console. As an alternative I had mine painted, which in my humble opinion looks great.
Good luck.

I say paint it- That's what I will do with mine.
IMO it will probably be harder to match not only the leather color but also the stitching. You don't want it looking "aftermarket" ;p

Post some pics of your car!

I have one in perfect condition that I will let go for cheap...It's also a good idea if you wind up painting one and it doesnt work out right or you want to keep one and give the toehr as core...

I agree that paint is the way to go. More sporty.

Food for thought.....

EDIT: th console pad is still out being covered in alcantara. They screwed up the stitching and had to do it over.

Looks great John!! My issue is that I don't want too many different finishes. Car has full leather interior with dark burl trim. Steering wheel is leather/wood combo. Car is Cobalt blue. It's a beautiful color but I think it would be a bit out of theme to introduce the cobalt into the interior. I'm thinking leather covered console is the wat to go. Gert @ Carenewal can get one but it takes a while and is costly. Just exploring my options. Sure appreciateall of the input from this forum.

LeNoah, I'm here for you buddy.

If you want a leather one, or one just like what you have, email me for pricing below list. If you want paint, we can do that too:

Eric- that is just awesome looking.

Do you happen to know what kit that is for the door pulls and pocket lids?
Was thinking of going with painted black console and then tying in black / silver through the rest of the interior, with a bit of CF here and there.

My grey door pulls and pocket lids are in need of some love, was thinking either black / silver as pictured, all CF, or all silver. Don't know yet-
