Ok, so no one knew of any 99-01 996 with aero available in Canada.
Solved theat part, found a car in NJ from a private seller which i like, now my question is, what is the best way to complete the transaction.
Since I'm from Ontario, I'm a little leary leaving a substantial deposit with a private party on the other side of the border.
Next is getting the car here, can anyone recomend a broker who can handle the whole transaction... pick up the car, take care of all the paper work and border crossing, and drop it off in my driveway, then I can handle the rest, getting the inspection done and registering it at the local DMV. Also if customs needs the original title three days prior to transport, how can I expect the owner to hand over the original document before he gets paid, or does this mean I would have to pay in full before the vehicle is even loaded onto the truck?
If someone has any better suggestions or can share their personal experience with importing a car which will make this easier for me I would be very greatfull.
P.S. I read in another post that there is someone in Vancouver who will import a car for you and handle all the transport and paper work for a small fee, does anyone know of anything like that here in Ontario?
Thanks in advance, David

try TFX http://www.tfxinternational.com/ and talk to Jackie. They will handle all the paperwork for you and transport and deliver your car in an enclosed carrier right to your door. No affiliation.
