My car is completely stock, everything I added was OEM except for the PSE hack and I have to say it's WORTH it. The car sounds amazing now, they used a 2.5" pipe and it's a monster over 2500rpm. no prob anthony, anytime. as for anyone local, let me know as i can take care of this PSE hack for all members.

 

From the interior it's not very noticeable until you hit 4000rpm. If you roll down the windows it's on at 2500 rpm. If you're going for a long cruise / trip it's still comfortable.

Yes, I have a 3.6L and did the mod on cans I got from ebay. Well worth the money

 

Just did mine a couple of weeks ago and I agree with some of the guys in other forums. The sound is only about 75-80% of "real" PSE. Nonetheless it I'm satisfied with it. My neighborhood is happier.

Yep satisfied I am too with the mod and you are correct, it is not the same as the PSE and your percentages are about right as to how close it is.

Do you need to have the car jacked up to remove the mufflers?
I'm thinking of removing them myself and taking them to the muffler shop for the mod.

 

Yes. It helps a lot. You have to do some twisting. You'll need all the room you can get.
