Very nice but I would leave the lights out and never splice into a 996 harness, electrical nightmare!

Too bad they didn't retain that strip of air-inlet vent at the bottom edge of the hood, I like that part especially.

I second that. If they put that in, I would place an order right now!

I just talked this over with the manufacturer and they said that for $250 more they would cut the bumper and install the vent like on the 997 GT3. They said that it is open below it though and it will be wet inside if it is raining. Just something to think about.

Are the stock 997 GT3 bumpers that way as well?

+1 more for filling the light indents and making the bumper/hood vent optional.

Looks good - another vote for filling in the extra lights
I also am curious if the height from the ground to the bottom front and side edge will be the same as a stock 996 side skirt or will it need matching sides?

Here is some fresh from the body shop pictures. The black hides the lines somewhat and better pics are to follow but you get the idea. I think it looks great. 5 in stock for $1295 shipped.

Now to me it screams 'I own a 996 but I want it to be a 997' but not bad still. But then again the black does cover up the stuff that needs to be filled in as previously mentioned.

+1 on a rear for a NB (redridge)

Without having to go back through the thread ... what is the bumper material ?

It is made out of urethane. The front lights have been filled flushed instead of the light indention like what was seen on the yellow one.
