2 screws on top, one behind each sidemarkers, on under the side marker behind the well liner, and about 6 screws on the bottom.

From doing my conversion, the stock aluminum bumper behind the bumper cover will need to be trimmed on both side or the grills will not fit.

Removing the Front Bumper Cover

1. Remove the center cover (3) from the inside of the front trunk.
Turn the 4 hexagon cap nuts (2) by 90° and remove cover upwards and off.
Undo the 2 sheetmetal screws (4) from the top.

2. Remove the sidemarker light (5).
Gently pry off sidemarker light (A) at the sides with a flat-head
screwdriver and pull out the sidemarker light (5),
disconnect electrical plug connection (by squeezing the metal clip to release it).

3. Remove the screws (6) and (8), careful not to lose spacer sleeves (7) and screw clip (9).
To get to screw (6), you will need to remove the wheel liner partially.
Remove the plastic rivet on the wheel liner (near the sidemarker),
and remove 3 or more screws, as required, to get your hands inside and behind the wheel liner.

4. Remove the temperature sender probe.
Press temperature sensor (10) out of the air-inlet grille.
You can either disconnect the electrical connection and set it aside or leave it attached.

5. Remove all the screws (12) from the bottom side of the bumper cover.
There are a total of 15 screws holding the bumper cover on the bottom
(not counting the screws on the inside of the wheel liner).
The 2 plastic rivets (11), one on each side of the bottom edge,
hold the plastic covers that are integral parts of the wheel liners.
Removing them is optional, you can also leave them hanging if the wheel liners are not completely removed.

Remove the bumper cover by lifting slightly and pulling it off to the front towards you.
