Michelle, I think the reason is because there afraid of getting sued by Porsche. Lloyds use to make all of Porsche's mats and then they stopped for some reason. The set that I just got where OEM made by Lloyds, its the only set that I've seen with black lettering. Also the carpet color and texture mathes better then the current OEM ones.

Let me explain my situation with the floor mats. I am looking for black mats with a white boarder and the ann. 911 sig. also in white. The problem is that the companies I contacted do not do white over black.

Lloyds lost the contract with Porsche but still use the logos.

So there it is.....

 

I gotcha... have you checked with Techart? I know they don't make them with the 911 script but that could be done afterwards
