I know where you can find a great deal on an aero cab wing

Is it me or does the nose in the first 2 pics not seem to match the factory painted hood and quarter ? Looks lighter

i was wondering if someone would notice. i didn't even see that till i posted the pics. something weird with the new paint and speed yellow. for some reason under flourescent light and/ or a flash, it looks different. However, outside in the sunlight it looks perfect. the dealer pointed it out to me when i picked it up. they were going to repaint it because they were looking at it inside and they noticed the same thing. once they brought it out into the light, it looked fine. very strange, but it does match perfect in the daylight. most of the painters i talked to told me that speed yellow is a pain in the ***. it is supposedly very hard to match and does weird stuff like this sometimes.

I love it, but paint the front lip SY too. Also, buy Ed's (NYSE) Carrrera rear wing.

don't like the painted stock lip. looks funny to me. besides, with all the driveway scraping and stone chips, it'd look like hell in no time. i think i'm gonna hold out for the techart wing, unless of course Ed is going to let it go for cheap, cheap, cheap

You know it gets old hearing the same thing over and over.. I have some issues with matching on my AS TT and I get the same response... "Silver is hard to match.." A really good paint shop would take the time and put in the effort to be sure it matched... and never give us excuses like "that color is hard to match" We all have tasks or projects related to our profession that are "hard to do". It does not mean that we just do them half *** and then give the excuse " It is hard to do".. We just do it and make sure that we put in the extra effort to make it RIGHT!!!! Saying it is hard to match is not saying it can't be done...

Sorry for the rant.... Just tired of excuses all the time when the job is not done right in the first place...
