I think that may have come from your Dealer. Some Dealers are very nice to there customers and do appreciate their customers business and show it. I have over the years received some very nice thank you gifts from some dealers I have bought cars from. It’s funny that those dealers also treated me better and there service department acted like they care about my car problems and went out of there way to keep me happy. Because they cared I bought many more cars from them. Unfortunately they sold their dealership to someone who thought they were doing me a favor to let me buy a car from them. I have since bought my cars from someone else but I have not yet found that service I use to get.

 

it doesnt hurt to try , ic ant rememebr the number, just call the 800 no. for porsche customer service, and tell them yo never received it. they even apologized to me and i got it in a matter of weeks....
