That interior altogether sucks. But that's just my two cents. Appears they finally got the message to change to a better beige though!

Steering wheel and outside wheels make me gag too. Console looks like a Ford.

Glad I'm not getting that one!

The steering wheel looks like it came off the Mini-Cooper part shelf and that clock-gage thing looks out of place and cheaply installed. Like the way both the inside doors look except the for speaker displacement.

I guess that's what they call a "Cayenne inspired" interior, with an Infinity inspired clock--yuk! That silver painted "aluminum look" stuff on the steering wheel and dash is tacky. And those wheels are terrible. Loving my '04 Carrera even more now...

I do like the quad exhaust tips--apparently those are for the 997S.

That steering wheel is gross... What were they thinking? It does look more like the interior of a Lexus... Fine on a SUV or a Lexus but......... YUK on a 911...

No need to even comment on the clock and wheels...

I agree

I agree, I do not like the new look

the rear lights are too small

the wheels are awful

the clock, if that is what is is, is out of place

they correctly went back to the round headlights, but then added that triangle area on the inside (probably to make it look more 996 like) which IMHO, is ugly

I will wait until I see one in person, but so far, I do not regret buying a '04 c4s

I would also be concerned about the reliability of the new car, especially with the very low reliability rating the Cayanne is receiving

Cool resale?

That will only help our resale prices.
But who's selling?

front bumper lights & beetle headlights look like ****~ Makes the front looks so busy.

Interior looks so damn 80s (look at the door handles & speakers). Why they put an infiniti clock in there???

Did Porsche hire Bangle????

Whoa!!! WTF! Looks like there won't be many of us 996ers running to the dealership for that!! That interior does not say Porsche. I agree, the steering wheel is a joke....and you have to look at that gag-inducing offender everytime you drive the thing. I though I was looking at a G35 interior, with all of that silver painted console flatwork. Yuk, Yuk, Yuk......

Here we go with the Porsche Tape Management (PTM) again!
The door panels are too boxy. I am surprised that they did not put the Speedometer in the middle of the dash. Don't like the
clock, might as well put a compass there! The interior should reflect the style that defines the 911. I like the 996 interior much better.
