Hi everyone, my name is mike, im 21 years old and i bought my first porsche about 5 weeks ago and have enjoy'd every minute of it. since then i have been lurking around this forum, just checking things out. You guys seem to be pretty involved and helpful. I'm looking forword to my time here and meeting some new people!..... Now about my car, it's a 99' 996 c2, with speed yellow paint! it has 75k on it and to me it seems like it runs great! the second week that i had the car i lowered it on H&R coils! i did the install myself and it turned out not to be too hard! the pictures that i have are ones that were take'n before the drop so i will take new pic's soon so you guys can check out how it looks! oh yeah, i got the coilovers for a $1000 shipped to me with 2500 miles on them! Is that a good deal?

the coilovers are the perfect choice for the first mod. great price too.
my 996 had 75K miles on it too when i sold it and it ran great.

I noticed that you live in S. Cal. If you want to get more info. and have fun with Porsche cars come out and meet us at Pcars. We do meet and run at least once a month. The next one is coming this Fri. 28th at Outback in City of Industry.

The last meet there, we had 52 cars attended. Some of the most pitching cars were there with their loaded mod. I almost forgot, the girls too!

The party starts at 7:30pm. But the group of cars will be at Starbucks in Alhambra around 6:30pm. Short run to City of Industry for the party.
