I will be flying out to look at a 996 in Miami next week, anyone know of a good place for a PPI inspection?

Dealer is located about 5 miles from Miami airport, so somewhere in that general area.

Also what should I have checked in the PPI? Check for frame damage, compression test, and computer read out for error codes and milage check, have i missed anything? I have also heard others talking about a leak down test, what is this?

Lastly, since I will be there for 4 days, can anyone recomend a fair hotel to stay at and things to do in the area while im there.
