DSG Gearbox
DSG Gearbox
Any word on whether the DSG gearbox will definatly be in the turbos in the near future? i got my 07 trubo in auto only because it was faster, however i am getting quite bored with the way it drives. its too much like a normal car in that it bloody hammers when you put your foot down but theres not as much fun. its just point and shoot. the 996 i had was manual and was a great amount of fun to drive.
I also have a aston martin vantage which is the clutchless manual, given that its not a full manual its stil a hoot to drive. im hoping the new DSg system will be something like this. Will it have paddles etc? does anybody know?

There has been countless other threads covering the same topic. It's slated to be available in just over a year. No concrete information however. It's all just guessing game right now.
no offense, but please do a search before starting a new thread, theres a good chance the topic will already have been covered and it will keep the forums clean and clear with fresh topics
