If it is so wrong, why do dealers always try to change the price, option, or color on you when you try to close the deal. On my most recent purchase, I had already agreed on a vehicle and price but when I came in to pick it up and pay, the car had "just been purchased that morning" eventhough the lot was full of cars just sitting there. Of course the dealer had other colors and options available......

My 0.02 cents

I'm not sure that argument is valid even if it's the same dealer that sold your car before you got there. Real ethics are constant not situational. If Pottery Barn overcharged you for an item, are you justified stealing from Restoration Hardware?

I agree, I wouldn't have the guts to do that. But, the dealers (some are great) should also be held to the same standards and ethics.

My order must be paid in full within five days if all the specs are right, or my $5000 is GONE. No time to neg, Plus the turbos are in high demand and short supply in Denver.

Porsche sending Units to China for first time!

Porsche just reported record earnings, that doubled analysts expectations this morning, i tell you what, that wasnt because they are cutting back on production. My 997TT was the car that cost me the most money to own, casue you get NAILED selling the thing!
I was informed that Porsche's Market department has opened up the gates to China and next year will export XX amount of cars to accomodate the demand. Rumors have it that near 10K units will be sent for prepaid/potential buyers. What does this mean for us in the U.S. Less units spread throughout the U.S. which might create a higher demand for their car and $$. Maybe the demand will increase the resale value on our current models? Who knows?
