It is for downforce so it is functional. Anyone else with technical input please chime in

Downforce = not too technical

That pic shown is taken from projectcar.com might not be the OEM, you can try Suncoast porsche for the OEM parts number.

I was going to have the GT3 vent put in mine but after talking to quite a few Porsche "experts" about the additional downforce that the vent would cause, I decided against doing it. I'm going to hold off until I get a rear wing to help compensate.

The GT2 front bumper and rear wing could be a beautiful retrofit.I don´t know if it is possible, anyone?

practicality of duct addition

We (generally) are involved in hard core service prep and heavy frame correction on Porsche...so...when this request came in, I informed the owner of our desire to make it function as well as appear aestetically 'bright". Since removal of cover is a pre-requisite, we will explore the ducting of center radiator at the same time. Markformulamotorsports@msn.com
again-this thread has certainly helped me and saved some time!
