In my mind daily driver = driving in bumper to bumper stop and go traffic, and that is not fun for me in any kind of a car. Since I don't have a job, I don't need to waste my time in traffic. I use my car only for meaningful drives on the back roads away from population centers. No sense in running up the mileage on meaningless forays to the store in mundane traffic.

How much more does it depreciate it if you drive it say 12,000 miles a year versus maybe 5,000? Would like to hear what others do! Thank you.
One of the reasons I sold my Ferrari and got a 997tt was to use it as a daily driver. A truly great decision.

Picked up my car in April and now I have over 15,000 miles on it on NYC roads. Great DD in my opinion. Just remember to change your wheels when it snows.

The days of having a DD when owning a Turbo are over, the 997TT does everything well... unless you need to haul something or live in a 3rd world country or under two feet of snow your 997TT is a magnificent DD...
