Advice sought: Sequence of 08 TT mods?

Folks-

Any advice from aftermarket tuners or others with experince will be greatly appreciated. I want to preserve some of the integrity of the feel of the nature of the GT qualities of the car because I use it as a daily driver, my wife drives, and we travel to New England frequently to vist my mom in Connecticut because my dad died about a month ago. I also instruct in PCA DE, and she drives at the track under supervised instruction. I want to begin with inexpensibe Mods and build from there for the upcoming season.

Modifications (Basic)

-GIAC flashloader
-aftermarket exhuast - need it not too loud, high quality and maybe adjustable (any recommendations?)
-Bilstein PSS9 or 10 or whatever works best if not too 'squeaky' under normal driving coinditions.
-short shifter (is this really necessary?)
-GT2 seats, that can be swapped with standardm adjutsble seats, already on car
-harness bar with 6pt harnesses
-some kind of telemetry
-video camera setup
-light wheels (already on car)
-aluminam predals
-997 GT2 turbos
-HANS system
-fire extinguishing system
-stiffer sway bars?

Any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated. Any tuners who can offer some package discounts for some of this will also be held in reverance.

Thank-you for listening - Gerry

I would go with the PSS Damptronics first along with the H&R front/rear sways and Tarett droplinks. Best "mod" I've ever done to mine.

My .02c's if it helps

-GIAC flashloader Good choice, they have different options
-aftermarket exhuast - need it not too loud, high quality and maybe adjustable (any recommendations?) I like Tubi
-Bilstein PSS9 or 10 or whatever works best if not too 'squeaky' under normal driving coinditions. What Atomic running or the Tech Arts
-short shifter (is this really necessary?) I think so. I went OEM afterwards
-GT2 seats, that can be swapped with standardm adjutsble seats, already on car Would love to have these also
-harness bar with 6pt harnesses I have the Techequipment Bar and Safecraft harnesses
-some kind of telemetry
-video camera setup I think the V.I.O is a decent setup
-light wheels (already on car)
-aluminam predals EVOMS has great set but there are more out there-Carnewal
-997 GT2 turbos EVT700 utilizes the OEM Borg Warner's-modified
-HANS system
-fire extinguishing system I went SafeCraft with Shark Werks retainer
-stiffer sway bars? Tech Art or what Atomic is running

Hope it helps and good luck with the mods!
