Not upset, the whole point of a thread on an upgrade is to get the details on it right? I suppose one could say call in and ask on basically every question. I just don't like when questions are ignored as if they were never asked. It should at least be acknowledged right?

ECLOU,

I'm ready for a tested and warranteed 700 crank hp "kit" for my tip, but I do NOT want to be a test mule for my $150K plus daily driver. Nor do I want to give up the use of my daily driver for a month (or more) for a $10K discount on a $25K kit. Its too bad there are no established tuners in Long Island, NY (not installers, but actual tuners/mfrs.). The process would be easier to digest if the tuner was local. Whoever said NY was the center of the universe clearly wasn't talking about TT tuners.

tort the only vendor who could fit your criteria would be an RT12 conversion but the cost will be over 100% the buying price of your car. I would argue that even if you blow the motor on a $20k kit you could have at least 2 spare crate motors in the garage for less than the price of the RT12 conversion

ECLOU,

An RT12 isn't in my "budget". The $20K kit makes sense to me. BTW, why did you go with the AWE product as opposed to EVOMS ? Opinions ? Any issues ?

How much is this kit? And what does it actually come with. For those that already have everything but the VTG, plenum, and TB, is there an upgrade path or is it all or none type of deal.

customer service #1. I called EVOMS about 3-4 times and NEVER got thru to anyone. I called AWE and talked to a knowledgeable individual who explained to me the rationale and philosophy of their products. In just a couple of minutes on the phone with Mike at AWE I knew that I could count on them for product support before, during, and after sales. It was all I needed to know.
