Mine is installed in back of the PCM and I'm right there with ya. I don't like pulling it 3 times. I also hate driving an hour each way. I think I'm going to ask for a refund if it's still f#*ked up after this next time.

see I got smart, I extended the fiber optic wires and mounted it under the seat so i would not have those issues. But to be completely 100% honest, i have yet to have any issues with iPod interface in the past 4 months

If you put it behind the PCM on the floor hump, then there's no need to pull the PCM each time you "upgrade" the NAV-TV or mObridge or whatever. Just swap it out from the little panels at the side of the footwell. This method also makes it easy to do a firmware update yourself -- simply pull the rug panel, pop an SD card in (with update), wait a few minutes, take the card out, put the panel back, and you're done.
