Something confusing...
Justa few points on warranty :
1) Magnuson Moss --What the MM says and what actually happens can vary greatly . A blown engine even bone stock can be a repair obstacle and with mods the nighmare increases exponentially with the amount of mods , the types of mods, as well as how well both the dealership and Porsche can work together to determine their role in resolving it.
2) The owner - Most of us love our cars. A huge repair followed by a denial of claim can certainly test how well each party can work together when a problem arises. My advice in this adverse situation would be to choose logic over emotional reasoning .
I do feel that you would be fine with Tubi but I also feel that the dealership taht you went to already gave you a heads up that you are on your own with any snags. I feel that they may be taking a past problem (of another customer) into your request BUT either find a dealership who can accomodate you or leave the car stock .
